在一些接觸食品或醫(yī)藥品等FRP設(shè)備中，首先要選擇食品級(jí)的樹脂，如883，另外在制作過程中有一些具體操作細(xì)節(jié)要求(In fabrication of food-stuff vessels, first the recognized resin shall be employed, also attentions to the following can help you achieve compliance.)：
1.采取低苯乙烯殘留的固化體系，一般情況下采用MEK+鈷液+DMA的復(fù)合體系，不推薦單純采用BPO+DMA體系；（Use a catalyst formulation that will yield low residual styrene. This excludes the use of straight BPO-DMA system, and Co/DMA/MEKP curing system is recommended.）
2.在后固化前，應(yīng)該充分清除浮塵或雜質(zhì)，至少在80℃（干燥條件）下后固化8小時(shí)，以減少殘余苯乙烯含量至0.01-0.2%；(Thoroughly clean the part to remove any dust or dirt prior to post-curing. Post-cure with dry heat for at least 8 hours ay 80℃. The purpose is to reduce residual styrene to the range of 0.01-0.2%.)
3.后固化后，用熱蒸汽或熱水在70℃或更高溫度下保持8-16小時(shí)，以去除FRP表面的殘余苯乙烯；(After post-curing, steam-treat the part or steep it in hot water for 8-16 hours at 70℃ or higher. This should remove all residual styrene from the laminate surface.)
4.在設(shè)備投入使用前，應(yīng)采用去污劑清洗表面。(Wash the part thoroughly with detergent and rinse it thoroughly before placing it in service.)
